I, Robot...

The future is closer than we may like to admit.

Most of us have the film I, Robot,and I think it's quite interesting to ponder what things are being worked on that are currently unaware of. The military especially are renowned for their clandestine projects, and if the videos below are anything to go by, then the future really is only a short leap away.
During my wander around the WWW, I found this latest offering from MIT.
MIT's Nexi MDS Robot
This is by far the most lifelike in (terms of expression) robot that I have seen to date.
I only wish I had the time, money and skills to build something like these. Perhaps I could send it work while I relax on the beach, hmmmm....
