Lots of new pretty changes to launch xFlow! into 2010

Just completed some huge changes to xFlow! in both front and back end.
Changes include (but are not limited to):
* complete change to image manipulation code
* addition of image effects
* updates to image viewer
* creates favicons per gallery
* code streamlining to bump up speed
* now supports versioning with notifications of available updates
There have also been lots of other little 'tweaks' to improve the general functionality of xFlow!, to improve the overall user experience.
